Job Title:  Technical Sales/Consultant

Department: Consulting – Full-time in based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area (Richardson, TX office)

  COO/Sales Director

SUMMARY

The Technical Sales/Consultant will work closely with the COO and Sales Director to assist with demo preparation, requests for information, and product support. If required, this position will be trained and mentored in sales and consulting, with opportunities for advancement in the future.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • ERP consulting/sales experience a plus. Candidates with Acumatica experience will have interview priority.
  • Primary responsibility will be Technical Sales with focus on preparing and presenting product demo’s.
  • Responding to customer Request for Information/Proposals (RFI/RFP)
  • Technical support
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A self-motivated individual with excellent organization and communication skills.
  • A background in marketing lead demand generation is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
